Q: How do we do this?

A: Within the group their is a wealth of knowledge in respect of photography. We aim to share this knowledge at the ‘Photo Shoot’ sessions.

Q: What are the Photo Shoot sessions?

A: We try to meet once a month for a Photo Shoot. The location is varied so as to try and provide opportunities to take a different style of picture. For example, we have held Photo Shoots in woodland to practice nature shots, at historic buildings for architecture shots, at night to experience low light/long exposure shots.

We try to plan the Photo Shoot sessions to be local to Liverpool area where there is no or only a small entrance fee needed.

As well as the Photo Shoot sessions are trying a monthly ‘theme’ which we ask group members to contribute pictures for publication on our Facebook page.

Our focus is on improving our technique when taking photographs and sharing our experiences. We do not have photographic competitions.
